ooddle

Less stress.Better sleep.More energy.

The day ends. The stress doesn't - it follows you into your evening, your sleep, tomorrow. ooddle is a simple daily system that helps you unload it before it becomes your new normal.

Most wellness apps are built around content you choose from. ooddle is built around one decision: what will actually help you today.

Daily recovery

Not a library. A decision. You say how you are; ooddle answers with the one or two things worth doing today.

Why it matters

Stress isn't the problem

Accumulated stress without recovery is. Nobody wakes up needing mindfulness. They wake up exhausted, unfocused, unable to sleep. ooddle answers those.

One meditation or a sleep story can't prepare you for every hard moment your day brings.

Being overwhelmed at 11am and lying awake at 11pm are not the same problem, and one tool will not answer both. ooddle carries a set: a one-minute breath when your mind will not stop, a reset when you are dragging, a wind-down when tomorrow depends on tonight.

Stress doesn't stay in the moment. It follows you into your evening, your sleep, and tomorrow. Before you know it, it becomes your normal. It doesn't have to.

Unload everyday stress. Every day.

That's what ooddle is built for.

A simple daily rhythm built around your life.

Real words from real people

Ooddle helped me take a step back in my day-to-day function and stress levels. The chat helped me explore additional angles for a better wellness approach, including live meal planning and bouncing around other ideas.

It is making me feel happy and relaxed. I love doing those action things.

I knew the importance of actions, but Ooddle helped me refocus, and the daily mechanisms behind the insights really helped me. Doing daily check-ins gives me insight, and I enjoy the deep breathing, which helps.

Why I built ooddle

A place to unload everyday stress. So you can sleep better, feel calmer, and have more energy.

Dr. Rakesh Khatri, MD

Neurologist, ooddle founder

For nearly two decades, I saw people carry work, family, and constant responsibility while leaving very little room for themselves. Stress had become part of the routine, something to push through rather than something to recover from.

Over time, I realized I was doing the same. I felt overwhelmed and out of balance, yet I could not find support that was practical, personal, and easy to return to. So I drew on what I had learned as a neurologist, along with the science of lasting behavior change, to create what I had been looking for.

I first shared it with healthcare professionals facing similar pressures. Their response encouraged me to make it more widely available. That became ooddle.

Welcome. I hope ooddle gives you a simple way to pause, reset, and make a little more room for yourself each day.
